LIST OF Q & A:

Buying

After you decide on a property that you want to purchase, we will write an offer or a contract on the property. I will ask you how you want to take title on the property, what names and joint tenants, etc.; I will run sold comparables to assist you with making just the right offer; I will explain what is in the contract; you will sign it; I will present it to the listing agent for approval from the seller.  If the seller wants more money for the property or wants to change other elements of the contract, they may write a counter offer spelling out what changes they want to see. Then you can either accept their counter or walk away from the contract.
