 I work primarily in the Colorado foothill mountains along the I-70 corridor that is made up of the following mountain towns and cities from East to West: Evergreen, Idaho Springs, Dumont/Lawson, Empire, Georgetown, and Silver Plume. Idaho Springs to Silver Plume is one of the most affordable mountain areas in Colorado.  This area at the furthest distance is 20 minutes to the closest major ski area and 30 minutes to Denver. Whether you are looking for a second home or a primary residence, you will not be disappointed in Clear Creek County or Evergreen.
